These Terms of Service govern your use of the Website and any submissions or applications made through it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. Submissions of creative work are additionally governed by our Terms and Conditions for Contributors and the Contributor Copyright and Licence Agreement.
1. Use of the Website
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Website. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any connected systems, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
2. Forms
When you submit work or complete a join-us or contact form through the Website, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. Forms are processed by a third-party provider (Web3Forms); your use of those forms is also subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Website, including text, images, designs, trademarks and logos, is the property of Dïaspora Journal SCIO or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
